MSE Printing, Inc. franchises independently owned and operated centres that provide printing, signage, direct-mail, and marketing services. Each centre is a separate legal entity and is neither the agent, joint-venturer, nor employee of MSE Printing, Inc. All quotes, fulfilment obligations, payment terms, credit decisions, and warranty undertakings arise exclusively between you and the individual centre you select. MSE Printing, Inc. bears no responsibility for the day-to-day acts, omissions, or contractual breaches of any franchisee, and expressly disclaims vicarious liability for their performance.

Each franchised centre operates with autonomy and has the authority to make its own business decisions, including pricing, turnaround times, customer service practices, and specific offerings. As such, the experience you receive at one MSE Printing location may differ from that at another, depending on the policies and capabilities of the independently owned franchise you choose to engage with. It is your responsibility to evaluate the terms and conditions presented by each individual location and to make informed decisions when entering into any transaction with them.

MSE Printing, Inc. provides branding, marketing resources, and business support to its franchisees but does not exercise direct managerial control over the internal operations of each location. This franchising structure allows for flexibility, entrepreneurship, and local market adaptability while maintaining a consistent public-facing brand. However, it also means that accountability for business practices, service levels, and legal compliance rests solely with each franchise owner.

Any issues regarding estimates, service performance, payment disputes, or contractual matters must be addressed directly with the franchise involved. MSE Printing, Inc. will not intervene in franchise-specific matters nor assume liability for actions taken by any franchisee. Customers are advised to thoroughly review all proposals and agreements before proceeding, and to direct all inquiries, complaints, or service-related feedback to the corresponding independent centre.

3. User registration

By registering an account or email address, you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old—or, if between 13 and 17, that you have parent or guardian consent—and (b) all information you provide is true, current, and complete. Accounts created with false identities or by automated means are subject to immediate suspension. Under no circumstances may children under 13 register or submit personal data; doing so violates the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will result in permanent deletion of the account when discovered.

Registration is intended to enhance your experience on the site, allowing access to personalized features, order history, saved preferences, newsletters, and communication tools relevant to MSE Printing’s services. 4. Requesting a quote or sending files

When you submit a quote request or upload artwork, you authorise the selected MSE Printing centre to view, store, and reproduce that material solely for the purpose of providing an estimate or fulfilling your order. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any files supplied—including fonts, images, and trademarks—and that the content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, export controls, or applicable laws. Files are transferred via encrypted TLS channels; however, you understand that Internet transmission is never completely secure, and you accept this residual risk. MSE Printing, Inc. does not archive job files; the servicing centre may, at its discretion, retain or delete them after project completion.

By engaging in the file upload process or quote submission, you acknowledge your role in ensuring that all submitted content is both accurate and legally authorized for reproduction. This responsibility includes but is not limited to verifying that all visual and textual elements within the submitted artwork comply with copyright laws, do not contain offensive or prohibited content, and meet any industry-specific legal or regulatory requirements. MSE Printing, Inc. assumes no liability for misuse of protected materials provided by users.

All file transmissions made through the website occur over secure transport layers, using modern encryption protocols to minimize the risk of interception. Despite these safeguards, you acknowledge that complete security cannot be guaranteed across public networks, and that sensitive data, once uploaded, may still be exposed to limited risk. As such, we recommend that users avoid including confidential personal, financial, or proprietary data in submitted materials unless absolutely necessary and properly safeguarded.

After fulfilling a quote or completing an order, the servicing MSE Printing centre is not obligated to store your artwork or job files unless explicitly agreed upon. Each centre retains the right to delete uploaded files at its discretion after the conclusion of the transaction. If you wish to maintain a copy for future use or reordering, it is strongly recommended that you archive your files independently. MSE Printing, Inc. is not responsible for file loss, corruption, or the unavailability of past project assets unless otherwise specified in a formal service agreement.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (i) upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (ii) introduce viruses, malware, or other code intended to disrupt site functionality; (iii) engage in automated data extraction (scraping, bots, spiders); (iv) attempt to gain unauthorised access to site servers or user accounts; or (v) use the site in a manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right.

11. Indemnification

20. Force majeure

MSE Printing, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labour disputes, supply-chain disruptions, power failures, or Internet outages. Performance obligations will resume as soon as commercially practicable once the force-majeure event has ceased.

21. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such users. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
